We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK.

You'll need to place your order before 12pm IST (Irish Standard Time) Monday to Thursday to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days.

Delivery is available Monday - Friday. We don't deliver at weekends, so orders placed after 12pm IST on Thursday and before 12:00 pm IST on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. We don't deliver on public/bank holidays so your order will be delivered on the next working day.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (sale, holidays, new product launches etc) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasional tech updates and weather conditions will mean that these delivery times may need to be extended. We will work hard to keep any delivery changes to a minimum.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.

If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

Vat & duty are always the customer's responsibility.

Please Note: All orders to the UK with a value above 130GBP will be liable for vat & duty on arrival.

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund please contact info@davines.ie

Please note: We can only refund or replace items purchased from this website, and that are unopened and unused. Items that need to be returned to our warehouse should be done at your own expense.

Return shipping is paid for by the customer. If the item you've received is faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Support and we'll be happy to assist.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
